  • Cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of cancellation by us, any payment received will be refunded.

Obra Matter does not store your card or banking information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Production time may vary depending on product complexity and order volume.

  • Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control shall not make Obra Matter liable for damages.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Returns & Replacements

As most Obra Matter products are made-to-order or manufactured on demand:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or minor aesthetic variations inherent to the manufacturing process.

  • Replacement requests may be accepted for products received damaged or defective.

  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

9. Product Use & Safety

Customers agree to:

  • Use products only for their intended purpose.

  • Follow all usage and care instructions provided.

  • Keep electrical products away from water and excessive heat.

Obra Matter shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs.
