Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Obra Matter, each product is carefully crafted and often made-to-order. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before completing a purchase. Please read our policy below.

1.  Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • After this period, orders enter the design, production, or fulfillment stage and cannot be cancelled.

  • Obra Matter reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests submitted after the cancellation window.

2.  Made-to-Order Products

Most Obra Matter products are manufactured on demand using 3D printing and finishing processes.

Therefore:

  • Made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, and visible layer lines are natural characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

  • Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, and descriptions before placing an order.

3.  Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue, including the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

  • If a replacement product is unavailable, a full or partial refund may be issued.

4.  Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

5.  Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation or delivery.

  • Incorrect product selection made by the customer.

  • Incorrect shipping details provided during checkout.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance due to the 3D printing and manufacturing process.

  • Differences caused by screen, monitor, or mobile display settings.

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, customs processes, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Failed Deliveries

An order may be marked as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • Incorrect contact information.

  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts.

  • Refusal to accept delivery.

In such cases:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges already incurred.
